New ERN video and flyer for patients and healthcare professionals

The European Commission has released a
new information video and flyer for patients
and healthcare professionals. They explain how
the 24 European Reference Networks work and
how they help rare disease patients find an accurate
diagnosis and treatment by connecting them to
healthcare professionals across Europe.
